What we review
Correction requests may involve factual errors, outdated official guidance, broken or misleading links, mathematical mistakes, unclear wording, attribution problems, accessibility issues, or material omissions.
How corrections are handled
Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or link repairs may be made without a separate correction notice. Material factual changes may be reflected in the article’s updated date or an explanatory note when that context would help readers understand the revision.
Not every disagreement requires a correction. Differences in judgment, personal preference, or reasonable interpretation may remain when the original statement is supportable and clearly presented as opinion or general guidance.
Response and privacy
We review credible reports, but we cannot guarantee an individual response or a specific outcome. Contact information submitted with a correction request is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
